Educational Qualification:
Executive Trainees:
- B.Tech/BE/B.Sc (Engg.)/5-year Integrated M.Tech with a minimum of 60 percentage aggregate marks in one of the six engineering branches mentioned in the below from a Deemed University/Deemed University or an Institute recognised by UGC/AICTE.
- A minimum of 60 percentage marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university.
- Applicants must have a valid GATE-2023, 2024, and 2025 score in the same engineering branch as the qualifying degree branche.

Selection Process:
- Shortlisting of candidates for personal interview for the position of Executive Trainee will be done in the order of merit drawn based on valid GATE 2023, 2024 and 2025 Scores by applying the ratio of 1:12
- Candidates obtaining valid GATE 2023, 2024 and 2025 scores shall only be eligible for this recruitment exercise in NPCIL under this official advertisement.
- Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2023, 2024 and 2025 Scores PwBD, will be shortlisted separately by applying 1:12 ratio in each disability category for which vacancies are reserved.
- Intimation of interview venue/time/date will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through SMS/Email.
- A separate merit list based on personal interview numbers will be prepared for each PwBD category for which vacancies are reserved and PwBD will be selected in the order of merit from this list.
Interview Schedule and Venue:
- Interviews are scheduled tentatively from 9th to 21st June 2025. Interviews will be conducted at Kaiga Generating Station (KGS) Karnataka, Narora Atomic Power Station (NAPS)-Uttar Pradesh, Madras Atomic Power Station (MAPS)-Tamil Nadu and Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-Maharashtra.
- Applicants are advised to indicate their preference of the venue to appear for the personal interview in the application form.
