Educational Qualification for NGEL Recruitment 2025:
Engineer (RE – Contract & Material):
- B.E/B.Tech. in any disciplines with PG Diploma in MBA/ PGDBM/ Material Management/Supply Chain Management with at least sixty percentage marks from a recognized Institution/University. OR
- B.E/B.Tech. in any disciplines with M.E./ M. Tech in RE domain with at least sixty percentage marks from a recognized Institution/University.
- For PwBD/ST/SC category, the minimum marks in qualifying degree is fifty percentage.
- Experience: Minimum one year post qualification experience in RE Industry.
Executive (RE – Finance):
- Qualified CMA/CA
- Experience: Minimum one Year post qualification experience in the area of Finance/Accounts.
Executive (RE – Human Resource):
- Graduates with at least 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Program in Management with Specialization in Industrial Relations/ Human Resources/ Personnel Management or master’s in MBA or social work or MHROD with specialization in HR with at least sixty percentage marks from a recognized Institution/University.
- For PwBD/ST/SC category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is fifty percentage.
- Experience:
- Minimum three years post qualification experience in Industrial Relations/HR functions.
- Candidates with knowledge of MS office, Data Analytics and SAP will be preferred.
Engineer (RE – Mechanical):
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with at least sixty percentage marks from a recognized Institution/ University.
- Preference will be given to candidates with M.Tech/ME degree.
- For PwBD/SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is fifty percentage.
- Experience:
- Minimum three years post qualification industry experience with involvement in execution/supervision.
- Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
Engineer (RE – Electrical):
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least sixty percentage marks from a recognized Institution/ University.
- For PwBD/ST/SC category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is fifty percentage.
- Experience:
- Minimum three years post qualification experience in transmission system/ transformer/ Design/ Engineering/ switchyard / electrical testing.
